Book Buying Information

Below is some information regarding the price of the required text for Abnormal Psychology. This information is current as of August, 2007

The Illini Union bookstore (the campus bookstore) has both new and used copies of the custom edition (paperback version with just the chapters we use).  The store's website is http://www.uofibookstore.uiuc.edu/  Used copies are on sale for $79.90.  New copies cost $106.56

The new book price on Amazon is $119.13, but used and new copies are also available for as low as $60.00

Another option for students is the new website: http://www.textbookflix.com which rents new and used books to students (they only have new copies right now) who are then required to return the book at the end of the semester.  The cost of the rental (new book only) is $57.66.
