ASSESSOR TRAINING AND CERTIFICATION

DAC Lab is currently recruiting individuals from all backgrounds to serve as
assessors. Prior to becoming an assessor, individuals participate in the assessor training program and are certified to assess candidates and provide feedback. Upon certification, individuals then have the opportunity to be an active member of the assessment team. Not only does this provide experience in assessment, development, and feedback, but it also allows for an in-depth and behind the scenes look at the assessment center method.

If you, your department, or your organization have interest in being part of the assessor training program, please contact us today.
