Graduate students in this lab enjoy a variety of training opportunities, including a strong and amazingly friendly team of faculty and fellow students. We are fortunate to have three labs, equipped to collect data with computers and using traditional experimental methodologies. Graduates students in the lab are provided with various publication opportunities and can shape their careers according to their interests. Graduate students often receive travel assistance to present their research at conferences, gain experience writing federal grant applications, chapters and papers, and interact with the researchers in the field who often visit the lab.
